30-day window
If a paid product is ever sold under the Lathe Book name, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, with no justification required.
Your legal rights
This policy adds to, and never replaces, your rights under Brazilian law. Article 49 of Brazil's Consumer Defence Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor, Law No. 8,078/1990) gives consumers the right to withdraw from purchases made outside a physical store, such as online, within 7 days. Our 30-day window is longer than that legal minimum.
How to request
Email [email protected] with the purchase email, date and product name. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Timing
Approved refunds are started within a few business days. Banks and card issuers may take additional time to show the credit.
Third parties
If you paid someone else claiming to represent Lathe Book, please write to us. We never ask for payment through chat apps, gift cards or transfers to personal accounts.
